I have been karting now for 4 years and it all started at the age of 11 in 2016. After growing up with a dad and grandad who loved motorsport and spending many days at Oulton Park watching the car and bike racing, I called into Hooton Park with my dad one weekend to see what was going on and absolutely loved watching all of the karts on track. As we left, I said to my dad “can I have a go one day?” It all started from there as I had a go of the Let’s Go Karting scheme that Hooton Park run which is for people who are new to karting and would like to try it out with some introductory guidance about the possible routes and classes in the sport. From there, I went and got my first kart and I had my first race at the end of 2016. In 2017, I went on to compete in the Hooton Park Indikart championship. In 2018, I competed in my first MSA club championship with the Cheshire Kart Racing Club at Hooton Park. At the end of 2018, I was too old and too big for my Cadet kart and made the move into the junior class. In 2019 I raced in the Cheshire Kart Racing Club Junior X30 championship and this year in 2020 I am competing in the Whilton Mill Kart Club Junior X30 championship.
